I just received a promo text from Globe this morning informing me about their new service which will sure come in handy especially during times of emergency - the Globe Emergency Text Service.
The new service allows any Globe subscriber to send a text even if he/she is out of load. It allows you to borrow 3 texts to Globe/TM valid for 1 day + P1 load. Just register by texting GTSOS to 3733. P4.00 will automatically be deducted upon your next reload.
I hope this will be a permanent service from Globe, and other networks like Smart will follow suit as the emergency text feature can definitely be a lifesaver. Kudos to Globe!
